Ruffino Fonte al Sole Sangiovese/Merlot, Tuscany Intense and vinous aromas with pleasant, fruity notes, in particular of cherry and red berries. Columbia Crest "Two Vines" Merlot/Cabernet, Washington Generous blackberry and raspberry notes waft from the glass and are reintroduced on the palate. Robert Mondavi Private Selection Pinot Noir, Central Coast California Fresh aromas and flavors of ripe Bing cherry, black raspberry and cinnamon-like spice.

Gabbiano Chianti Classico, Tuscany Pleasant aromas of berries and the classic Chianti aroma of tobacco. It is bold and spicy on the palate, with rounded blackberry accents and smooth tannins. Lindemans Bin 50 Shiraz, Australia Summer fruit develops across the palate and is matched with smooth spice and licorice touches. Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz/Cabernet, Australia Chocolate and mocha flavors clasping raspberry and blackberry fruits. A rich, sweet mid-palate and finish are firmed by ripe, prominent tannins.

Gabbiano Pinot Grigio, Venezie, Italy Nuances of pear and honeydew melon. Citrus flavors are evident on the palate delivering complex flavors of green apple, orange and faint lemon. Columbia Crest "Two Vines" Riesling, Washington Delicate aromas of apricot, spiced peach and grapefruit lead to a crisp yet subtly sweet and fruity finish. A generous, fruit-forward palate of grapefruit and citrus flavors is balanced by crisp, bright acidity and moves into a snappy, lingering finish.
